No ink cartridges included - the ones that came with the box were empty. It did work when tested. I see no scratches or signs of use on it. It unscrews smoothly. Parker paperwork is included. There is some minor surface wear on the velvet box and the outside box, from storage. Please expand photos examine all photos. Beautiful pen.
